Chuck has 20 years of experience in the investment industry with a particular expertise in asset allocation, investment research, and planning. His investment career includes nearly seven years at Windward Investment Management, a pioneer in the use of ETFs for asset allocation, and its legacy firm, Windhaven. At Windward, Chuck served on the firm's investment committee while advising numerous small non-profit and family clients. Upon the acquisition of the firm by Charles Schwab, he stayed on as a Managing Director. Since joining DHK in January 2016, Chuck has continued his work with non-profits and families. He began his career in asset management at Credit Suisse, both as an equity research analyst covering the healthcare sector and as a portfolio manager in the Private Bank. Chuck earned a BA in Philosophy from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA in Finance from the Darden School at University of Virginia.
